Huelly Terms and Conditions

1. What Huelly is. A personalized web app for one pet, with its illustration as the icon, that you open with a link and install from your browser (no App Store).

2. Price and payment. Huelly is a one-time payment of $20 per pet, via Zelle. It includes the illustration, the app forever, 1 year of automatic cloud backup and up to 3 changes to your app (see "What your year includes"). After that year, you can renew for $20 a year; it's optional and we'll message you on WhatsApp before it ends.

2b. What your year includes. Includes 1 year of automatic cloud backup and up to 3 changes to your app (color, sections, name, or a new illustration). Each request you make counts as 1 change, even if it includes several things at once (for example, color + removing 2 sections = 1 change). Showing or hiding sections in the app doesn't count, because you do it yourself; fixes for our own mistakes don't count either. Renewal ($20 a year) renews the backup for 1 more year and gives you 3 new changes; unused changes don't roll over.

3. Delivery. Within 24 to 72 business hours after we receive your payment, the form and the photos.

4. Illustration. We create it with the help of artificial intelligence tools and review it by hand. It includes 1 round of changes. You can use the illustration freely for personal purposes.

5. Refunds. If we can't deliver your app, we refund 100%. Once the app is delivered there are no refunds, unless there's a problem we can't fix.

5b. If you don't renew. Your app keeps working forever, with your data on your phone (it is NOT deleted). New cloud copies stop (and, if you share it with your family, syncing between phones), but your last saved copy can always be recovered with your code. If you renew, cloud backup turns back on.

6. How it works. The app works on iPhone and Android with up-to-date browsers. We do our best to keep it always available, but we can't guarantee there will never be interruptions. If Huelly ever stops operating, we'll give at least 60 days' notice so you can download your data.

7. Your data and backups. Your information is saved on your phone. Making backups is your responsibility; Huelly can't recover deleted data.

8. Not veterinary advice. Huelly is an organization tool. It doesn't replace your vet's consultation, diagnosis or instructions.

9. Reminders. They work by adding events to your phone's calendar. Huelly doesn't send its own notifications.

10. Brand. The Huelly brand, its design and its code belong to Huelly. We only show your pet's illustration on our social media if you allow us to.

11. Complaints. Message us on WhatsApp (+51 924 721 985) and we'll sort it out.

12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Peru.
